What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu is a fully‑clothed Japanese bodywork therapy using comfortable pressure, stretching and supportive touch to help the body relax and rebalance. Delivered in a seated position, it’s gentle, accessible, and ideal for quick resets during the day.

Shiatsu can help with:

  • muscle tension in the back, neck and shoulders

  • stress and overwhelm

  • fatigue and low energy

  • restlessness or difficulty switching off

  • general wellbeing and emotional regulation

Who is this clinic for?

Ideal for people who:

  • Work at a desk — tight shoulders, stiff neck

  • Feel stressed or overstimulated — needing a quick nervous‑system pause

  • Are active or on their feet all day — upper‑body tension

  • Are new to Shiatsu — wanting a simple first experience

  • Prefer short wellbeing sessions that fit easily into the day
